hotel location helpful staff complimentary water small room surprise charge check-in process
The hotel location were really good, close to shops. The staff are helpful too. I have to asked for complimentary water each day, and they gave it to me.
The room I stayed in was very small. It looked out over some trash cans. The check-in process took longer. My bill had surprise charges on it. They called it a Hotel Service Charge. They also added a Lady Garden Foundation charge. I asked about it and they said it was optional.

really good service small seating
The service was really good, especially at the front desk. They remembered my name from the start, a nice detail! i found the premier junior suite spacious and well-appointed. It had a small seating area perfect for unwinding after a day out.

amazing stay near oxford street
perfect equipment excellent service superb location
i loved the location, it was just steps from a department store and tons of restaurants were nearby. the staff were so helpful and service-minded, i really appreciated that. the room was fully equipped with amenities and the fitness center was excellent , too.
